Naruto Shippuden - Hyuuga Hinata Pixel Icon

Hello! I was wondering if it is okay to use this icon when replying to comments/ within photo descriptions. I searched for a Hinata icon with the "add media" option and it came up as an okay icon to use within comments so I wanted to make sure; I previous used it on a few comments and just now clicked the link to here and saw that  you do not want it used without consent so I apologize for not asking prior.
